- OS name set to BaseOS across all locales
- Remove PushNotificationsActivity (microG) from all three wizard flows
- finishSetupWizard: drop the microG ProvisionService start and the
  unconditional news-application launch, which throws
  ActivityNotFoundException now that the application is not installed
