The About phone row is rendered from lineage_version, which still read "BaseOS version Test 1" in the English resources. The version value itself comes from ro.lineage.display.version and was never affected. Only the five English locales carried the BaseOS wording; the remaining 56 translations still say "iodéOS" and are left for a separate rebrand pass.
